StartHR was founded in 2020 in Barcelona by Blandine Guimet, after more than 15 years working in HR inside large international companies. Having worked in both corporate and startups, she saw a clear gap. Ambitious companies needed real HR expertise, both strategic and operational, the kind usually found only in large organisations, long before they were ready to hire a full-time Head of People.
That conviction grew into a team. Today, StartHR brings together HR specialists with complementary strengths: strategy, operations, talent and business partnering, with more than 30 years of combined international HR experience, across 15+ countries.
