Join StartHR as a Senior HR Consultant and become the fractional Head of People for a portfolio of growing companies — a trusted extension of their leadership teams. You'll advise CEOs and founders on people strategy while staying hands-on to bring initiatives to life, from building HR functions from scratch to scaling the practices that help businesses grow. Alongside client work, you'll help shape StartHR's own methodologies and service offerings.
