The Role

As an HR Consultant, you will partner with a portfolio of clients to deliver seamless day-to-day HR support and help build scalable people operations practices.

Working closely with founders and managers, you'll ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle while supporting clients as they grow.

You'll also contribute to the continuous development of StartHR by helping improve our methodologies, tools and ways of working.

What you will do

  • Manage People Operations for a portfolio of assigned clients.

  • Build trusted relationships with founders, managers and employees.

  • Deliver operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.

  • Implement scalable HR processes and best practices.

  • Support recruitment and HR technology implementation.

  • Contribute to the evolution of StartHR's methodologies, resources and internal initiatives.

What you will bring

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles.

  • Experience working in startups, scale-ups, or other fast-paced environments, ideally combined with experience in more established corporate organisations.

  • Strong understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle best practices.

  • Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different clients.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French or any other European language is a plus)
