The Role

As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will help grow the StartHR brand and bring our HR community to life.

Working closely with the founder and the team, you'll turn our HR expertise into engaging content, manage our LinkedIn presence and help organise our events.

What you will do

  • LinkedIn: manage and develop StartHR's LinkedIn page

  • Editorial calendar: build and execute it for our three branches of service

  • Content creation: posts, carousels, articles, newsletters and visuals on impactful HR topics

  • Community: grow and animate the StartHR Community, our network of HR professionals

  • Events: organise our HR meetups and workshops in Barcelona, from logistics to follow-up

  • Growth: track performance, monitor trends and contribute to new initiatives and partnerships

What You'll Bring

  • Currently studying marketing, communication, business or HR.

  • Excellent writing skills, with a clear and engaging style.

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and a passion for content creation.

  • Organised and proactive, with an interest in event organisation.

  • Creative, curious and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

  • A genuine interest or curiosity for HR, people topics and the startup ecosystem.

  • Fluent in English
